Cancellation Policy
You Will Be Refunded
subject to conditions and fee noted below.
If cancellation is 35 days or less before first night reserved,
YOU WILL BE REFUNDED FOR NIGHTS THAT THE SUITE IS RE-RENTED,
MINUS ADMINISTRATIVE FEE (see NOTE below).
If cancellation is 60 days or less before first night reserved
of a stay involving all or some of the days dedicated to
a Major Holiday, then the same refund policy applies as above.
If cancellation is 90 days or less before first night reserved
of a stay involving all or some of the days dedicated to
the Sturgis Rally, then the same refund policy applies as above.

NOTE - all cancellations are subject to
a $10 + tax administrative fee for each night reserved,
with a $20 + tax minimum fee, and this is reflected in the refund.

When the first day of your reservation arrives,
you are responsible to pay the balance for all nights booked
regardless of actual arrival or departure times.

Check-In 4:00-6:00 p.m.
although other times may be prearranged.
GREETING TREATS ARE PLACED IN THE ROOM
PRIOR TO THE ARRIVAL OF GUESTS.

ALTERNATIVE BREAKFAST ARRANGEMENT

We will let you know when breakfast is ready . . . At the time pre-determined for breakfast, the breakfast room (i.e. gift shop) will be opened to our guests. Until then you may comfortably wait for breakfast in your room or on the covered porch. Some early risers like to take a before-breakfast walk on the handy Mickelson Trail.

Please note that the full breakfast is served somewhere between 8:15-8:45 a.m. If you would need to leave earlier than that timeframe on your last morning (or any particular morning), then, with previous day notice from you, we are happy to provide some mini-muffins, whole fruit, and coffee or juice or milk to go.

If you are coming to the Hills by plane, be advised of the 40-minute to hour drive between Hill City and the Airport.

The Antiques Shop and Espresso Bar hours are typically
11:00-4:00, Monday-Saturday.
Our Guests may purchase from the Shop or Espresso Bar at other times
(subject to availability of Linda or Sam and whether the espresso machine is on).

THE ANTIQUES SHOP DOUBLES AS THE BREAKFAST ROOM. GUESTS ARE SERVED AT ANTIQUE TABLES.
These nostalgic surroundings encourage conversation and bring to mind, for many guests, fond memories.
JUICE OR MILK (CHOICE) IS SERVED PRIOR TO FOOD. (Fruit may also be served prior to other food.)
A COMPLIMENTARY ESPRESSO-BASED BEVERAGE OR TEA (CHOICE) IS ROUTINELY OFFERED TO ADULTS
DURING BREAKFAST, AFTER FOOD IS SERVED - e.g. Americano, Cappuccino, Chokecherry Latte, Mocha Polka;
or a brewed tea such as Jasmine Pearl (green), Wild Rose (white), Plum Oolong, China Breakfast (black).
