Beginning with DATES, here is a definition of the three seasons . . .

OFF SEASON (OS): October 1 through April 30

On the main level this suite has capacity for three guests, as follows . . .

The new Tree House Loft of Chessie Lees Peas is an optional space
offering a half bath and a full-size pillowtop bed which can sleep . . .
One or Two Additional Guests (of one party, with above)
For use of the Loft, there is a minimum per night cost of $30
Applicable taxes will be added to all rates

Advance Booking and/or Extended Stay
DOUBLE SPECIAL
This Special offers you
more of a discount the longer you linger.
It applies to Reservations made at least fifteen nights
in advance of arrival date.
To secure your preferred dates
we suggest you plan as far in advance as possible.
- SPECIAL 1 -
(This is for a stay of 2 or 3 nights)
The first night is at the regular nightly rate.
The second and third nights are each $10 less than the first night.
- SPECIAL 2 -
(This is for a stay of 4 nights or more)
The first night is $10 less than the regular nightly rate.
Then each additional night is $5 less than the night before.
(Example - Regular nightly peak season rate of Chessie Lees Peas is $115 . . .
Therefore, in Special 2, the first night is $105;
and successive nights are $100, $95, $90, $85, $80, $75.)
After the seventh night the nightly rate goes back to and
continues at the rate of the FOURTH night
( . . . in the Example, that would be $90).

MAJOR HOLIDAYS are defined for our purposes as follows:
Memorial Day Weekend (in 2008 Memorial Day is Monday, May 26)
- minimum stay of three nights at the regular nightly rate -
(You may choose Fri-Sat-Sun nights, or Sat-Sun-Mon nights;
any additional nights will be at a 10% Discount)
4th of July Week (in 2008 involves nights of July 2 through July 8)
- minimum stay of three out of the seven nights at the regular nightly rate -
(Any additional nights on either side of July 2-8 will be at a 10% Discount)
Labor Day Weekend (in 2008 Labor Day is Monday, September 1)
- minimum stay of three nights at the regular nightly rate -
(You may choose Fri-Sat-Sun nights, or Sat-Sun-Mon nights;
any additional nights will be at a 10% Discount)
STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY is defined for our purposes as follows:
In 2008 the Rally involves nights of Friday, August 1
through Sunday, August 10
- minimum stay of three nights -

If plan-making has suddenly come upon you
(that is, FOURTEEN or FEWER nights prior to your desired arrival date),

If our calendar and your dates are compatible, you will receive the following . . .

THE NITTY GRITTY
Smoke/pet free premises . . . for the comfort of all our Guests.
(We do have a park bench for smoking outside.)

Alcohol permitted in moderation only.

Suite may be rented on a walk-in basis . . . but . . .
to guarantee Reservation, CALL, then:
d e p o s i t
all of one-night stay or 50% of multiple-night stay by Visa/MasterCard
OR
make deposit by MAIL via Money Order,
or Personal Check if two or more weeks out,
with credit card info held to guarantee Reservation
while funds are enroute and until check clears.
Mailed deposit must be received within 7 days of making Reservation.

$10 + tax handling fee for cancellation of each reserved night,
with $20 + tax minimum fee.
If cancellation notice is 1 to 14 days prior to first reserved night,
or 1 to 30 days prior to first reserved night involving a Major Holiday,
then deposit is forfeited for any nights suite is not re-rented.
When the first day of your reservation arrives,
you are responsible to pay the balance for all nights booked
regardless of actual arrival or departure times.

Check-In 4:00-6:00 p.m.
although other times may be prearranged.
Check-Out 11:00 a.m.

A full, tasty and nutritious breakfast is served
typically between 8:15-8:45 a.m.

The Espresso Bar and Antiques Mini-Mall Hours are 10:00-4:00,
though our Guests may also sip and shop while we are Closed.
